Your Victory Is Assured (by Fenny West)

Your Victory Is Assured

Because you are in Christ:
A place of security, authority, victory, serenity, integrity. prosperity, peace, prowess, boldness;a place of Super-abundant grace, abundant life,  uncommon favour, great exploits, reigning with Christ, distinction and dominion.

No weapon fashioned against you shall prosper. You have overcome all your foes. The Greater One indwells you.
You are more than a conqueror. All things are working together for your good. All things are possible to you. You can do all things through Christ-your strength. The boundary lines haven fallen in pleasant places for you and you have a goodly heritage. All things are yours. Abraham’s blessings are yours. You are blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places. You are a citizen of heaven. Angels have been assigned to serve you. Your name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
You are loved with a great love; as far as the heavens are above the earth, so great is God’s love for you.
In your path is life, progress, good success, goodness and mercy. Your path shines ever brighter to the full light of day. As your days so shall your strength be. You will go from glory to glory, from strength to strength and from faith to faith.
Neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor powers impending or threatening nor height nor depth nor any other created thing shall be able to separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

 Your Victory Is Assured;
Christ in you is your hope of glory, your victory, your assurance, your enablement, your wisdom, sanctification, righteousness, anointing that breaks every yoke of bondage. Christ in you is your bulwark, your protection, your shield, your shelter, your canopy, your excellence, your joy unspeakable and full of glory.
You are sufficient in God’s sufficiency. You are a partaker of the divine nature.
His exceedingly great and precious promises are yours. They are yes and amen in Christ Jesus. Whatever you lay your hands to do shall prosper to the glory of God. You are a well-watered Garden of grace, ever yielding your fruit in due season.
You are blessed to be a blessing- blessed in your going out and in your coming in; blessed in the city and blessed in the countryside. You are the head and never the tail. Great things shall be spoken of you. You are wonder to your generation and beyond.
There are more with you than are against you. Therefore pursue, overtake and recover all. Look not at the things that are seen in the natural. They are temporal, transient, ephemeral, passing away.
See the unseen realities with the eyes of faith. See through the eyes of God. God is working in you both to will and to do according to His good pleasure. And the good work He has begun in you, He will continue and bring to fruition.

Light out of Darkness ( by Fenny West)

Light Out of Darkness

6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness , who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Light Out of Darkness. It sounds a misnomer-
an oxymoron. But it’s God’s specialty, winter or summer.

Light out of darkness is so easy for our God regardless of the issue.
It’s covered by the Word.

Light out of darkness when you walk through dark vales
Is sure because of His faithfulness. You will not trail but assail.

Israel was sandwiched between the Red Sea and the Egyptian army.

It was a zero hour. Some thought it was all over. But God made a way in the river.
He made an express way in the sea. They walked through on dry ground.

He turned it into a power hour. What a light from the night! Light came out of darkness.

Israel faced Goliath of Gath. He taunted them, humiliated them.

They quaked in their boots; trembled with trepidation

He darkened their day. They saw red, misery, woe and demise.

But when David arrived, he saw differently. He saw an uncircumcised Philistine.

He saw one helpless before God. He saw a cause to rise up for.

He saw the faithfulness of God in behalf of those who trust Him.

He saw Goliath fallen down flat and his head cut off.

He saw God fighting for His people.

David stepped out in faith and brought light out of darkness.

Goliath was felled and his head cut off. And Israel triumphed over her foes.

Saul of Tarsus wreaked havoc on the Church, obtaining warrants and dragging believers, whose family screamed in anguish. He supervised the stoning and martyr of Stephen. He was the personification of thick darkness on this Day of fierce persecution. (Acts8:1-2,-9:1-10)

One day on the road to Damascus, Jesus met with Saul of Tarsus and converted the foe into a Saint. The threat to the Church became a trophy in the hand of God and was mightily used to build churches, raise other ministers and led many to salvation. This is how God brings light out of darkness.

Even in the life of Paul we see persecution and suffering on many occasions. Some of these were indeed dark days. But out of the darkness God brought forth light as He used Paul to bring many revelations and truths to the Church- who we are and what we have in Christ. (2Cor11-12:8)

Joseph, after a grandiose dream of greatness at a young age, experienced thick darkness that lasted many years. He was sold into slavery, ended up in Egypt in Potiphar’s house as his servant and then in prison after being falsely accused of violating his wife. What darkness! (Gen.39)

But out of this darkness, God brought forth light, when Joseph, after interpreting the dream of Pharaoh, was made the Prime Minister in a foreign land. (Gen. 41)

Again in the early Church era, James was executed by Herod. And when he saw that the people where happy about it, he arrested Peter and imprisoned him with an intent of killing him too. Whilst Peter was in prison, the Church interceded for him and God intervened by sending an angel to deliver him. This was light amidst darkness. Peter was led out of that prison unknown to all the soldiers that guarded him. Even the Iron Gate opened of its own accord. (Acts.12)

In Philippi, Paul and Silas went to proclaim the good news. They even delivered a woman from the clutches of evil spirits. Her mentors seized Paul and falsely accused him and his associate, Silas. This led to their being brutalized and beaten with rods. Their hands and feet were in strait jackets and they were thrown into a dungeon.

However at midnight they began to pray and praise their God. He so enjoyed their praise that he sent an earthquake that rocked the foundation of the prison and set them free. Besides, the prison warden and his household were saved and baptized. This was nothing but Light coming from darkness. ( Acts 16: 23-32)

10 “Who among you fears the Lord?  Who obeys the voice of His Servant?  Who walks in darkness  And has no light?  Let him trust in the name of the Lord  And rely upon his God.
Isa 50:10

You Are Valuable To God ( By Fenny West)

You Are Valuable To God

You are valuable to God
And created in His image.
Pay attention to His Word
And you’ll see your destiny.

He paid a great price for you
Because you are valuable.
He emptied Himself for you
Because you are valuable.
He became a ransom for you
Because you are valuable.
Yes, the sinless became sin
Because you are valuable.
He took your shame and curse
Because you are valuable.
The Son of Man, Son of God went to hell,
He abandoned His seat in glory,
Abandoned His majesty,
All because you are valuable.
He was separated from the Father
came down to earth
Because you are valuable.
He died the death on the cross
Because you are valuable.

He took you from the ‘guttermost’ to the uppermost
Because you are valuable.
He cleansed you from your sin
Because you are valuable.
He broke the jail door to set you free
Because you are valuable.
He would leave the ninety-nine and go for the one missing sheep-you
Because you are valuable.
He made you an heir of God and joint heir with Christ
Because you are valuable to Him.

You were bought with a great price.
So what should your response be?
What would your response be?

Give Him your all,
Give Him your heart.
He raised you from the fall.
He gave you a New start
He gave you a head start.
He gave you His divine nature.
He made you a New Creature,
gave you the free gift of life-salvation.

Now make the most of it.
Now maximise your potential.

You are valuable to God
He created you for good works He foreordained.
He made you a co-worker with Him.
He made you an apple of His eyes.
He made you a priest and a king.
He made you a light of the world just as He was and is the light of the world.
He made you a saviour even as He is the Saviour of the world.
So go and shed your light.
Go and make an impact.
Go as His hands and feet.
Go as His voice.
Go as His representative.
Go as His ambassador.
Go to your Jerusalem.
Go to your Judea.
Go to your Samaria
And then to the uttermost of the earth.
Go to the highways and byways.
Leave no stone unturned.
Go like the woman at the well.
Go like the mad man of Gadara who became an evangelist to ten cities-Decapolis.
Go like the Ethiopian Eunuch who went back with the Good News and spread it to Africa.
Go like the four lepers who went to tell others about the bread they received.
Go like Peter to the house of Cornelius and there was a household salvation.
Go like Joseph and fulfil your destiny.
Go like the three Hebrew exiles in Babylon, who honoured God and lived by faith even when their lives were on the line and changed the decree of the king and brought glory to God.
Go like Daniel, who distinguished himself in a foreign land and was used mightily and glorified His Maker and was entrusted with the end-time prophecy and was instrumental to the fulfilment of a prophecy in abeyance.
Go like Peter on the Day of Pentecost who preached so fiery and passionately that about 3000 were

Saved.
You are valuable to God especially in these end-times. You are God’s finest wine in the last time.
So stand up and be counted.
Arise and take your rightful place. Arise, shine!  It’s your time. It’s your season.
Yield a great dividend for your God. Eye has not seen. Ear has not heard, neither has the mind comprehended what God has in store for you.
Yield to the Holy Spirit and He will do exceeding abundantly, far above what you can ask or think or even imagine, according to the power at work in you.

You are valuable to God.
There is more to you than meets the eye. See yourself as God sees you. Do not demean what He has esteemed. You are unique and a masterpiece.

Fight the Good Fight of Faith ( by Fenny West)

Fight the Good Fight of Faith

Fight the Good Fight of Faith
Whether In the day or at night.
Put on the whole armour.
Fight in line with the law.

Fight, maintain your focus
And remember Jesus.
He paid the price for you;
Emptied Himself for you;
Bridged the gap for you;
Won the victory for you.

Now fight, knowing you’ve won.2Cor2:14,1Cor15:57
Know that you are a winner.
Fight with a winner’s mentality.
That makes you more than a conqueror.
Ro8:28,31,37-39

In an assembly the question was asked: Who is a conqueror?
Back came the answer: one who fights a war and wins.
Another question was then posed: Who then is more than a conqueror?
There was silence.

Then an old man answered: “One who wins the war even before fighting.”

That is you and I. We are more than conquerors because of what Christ did. Our fight is to enforce the victory He won. He won the war but we have battles to fight. And We fight from a standpoint of victory.
